These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of AlSafwa Domestic Workers services (“Services”) by the client company (“Company”). By accessing or using our Services, Company agrees to be bound by these Terms.
- Definitions
- “Confidential Information” refers to all information shared between AlSafwa and the Company that is marked as confidential or would be considered confidential by a reasonable person.
- “Dispute” means any claim, cause of action, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
- Services Provided
- AlSafwa Domestic Workers will provide domestic worker recruitment and placement services as described in the agreement between AlSafwa and the Company.
- Confidential Information
- Our communications with the Company may contain confidential information. The Company agrees not to disclose any such information to third parties without prior written consent from AlSafwa. This does not include information that the Company independently develops, is rightfully given by a third party without a confidentiality obligation, or becomes public through no fault of the Company. The Company may disclose AlSafwa’s confidential information when compelled by law, provided they give reasonable prior notice to AlSafwa, unless prohibited by court order.
- Publicity
- The Company will not make any public statements regarding these Terms or its relationship with AlSafwa without AlSafwa’s consent. The Company agrees to cooperate with AlSafwa in responding to any inquiries from users, press, or government bodies as directed by AlSafwa.
- Legal Compliance
- The Company will comply with all applicable local and international laws, including U.S. export control and trade sanctions laws. The Company agrees not to use the Services for any prohibited purposes, including the development of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons or missile technology. The Company will not, directly or indirectly, export, re-export, provide, or otherwise transfer our Services to any individual, entity, or country prohibited by Export Laws. The Company will not use the Services if it is located in a restricted country or listed on any U.S. or non-U.S. government restricted parties lists.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AlSafwa is headquartered. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
- Mediation: For disputes involving customers in the European Region or the United Kingdom, either party may refer unresolved disputes to voluntary mediation by providing written notice to the other party. Mediation will not affect the right to adjudicate disputes in court.
- Amendment
- AlSafwa may amend these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon publication. The Company’s continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If the Company does not agree to the amended Terms, it must stop using the Services and delete its account.
- Assignment
- AlSafwa may freely assign its rights and obligations under these Terms. The Company may not assign its rights or obligations without AlSafwa’s prior written consent.
- Severability
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- Miscellaneous
- The section titles in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal effect. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture between the parties. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements. These Terms are written in English. Any translated version is provided for convenience. If there is a conflict, the English version will prevail.

- Notices to AlSafwa should be sent to the contact address provided in the agreement. Notices to the Company will be sent to the email address or other contact information provided.
